I bought the mobile A110 on 2nd of january and i had to call the customer care on the very next say i.e. 3rd jan for the problem of excessive heating of mobile and the 3.5 mm jack problem and network issues (which came out to be what they call level 3 problem and mother board has to be changed in the head office) and i was asked to visit the service center and was never told of the provision that my mobile can be replaced within seven days of purchase(which i came to know only in the service center) . Due to my examinations and the limited service availability and distance of nearest service center from my residence i couldn't go at that time.Then I visited the service center and had to submit my mobile to service center vasu mobile bilaspur on 9th of Feb due to the same problems i was facing from the very first day.Before submitting i confirmed from customer care number 01144770000 and 01144770044 and got the complaint put on priority and was assured that the problem will get resolved in 7 to 10 days.It was only after i submitted the mobile i got to know the "real" quality of service provided by them.I kept on calling again and again and every time I got the reply "sorry for your inconvenience and we are escalating your complaint and plz call after a few days to know the status".Now even today i.e.after more than 25 days i m getting the same old reply and the status is that the head office is still waiting for the part. Thats simply disappointing and makes me feel that the biggest mistake of my life was to buy a micromax product and be sure that i wont repeat this mistake again.
As there is no hope for me to get my cell phone in near future I want either replacement of my mobile or full refund of my money.I am writing this email as a last resort and and if not resolved soon I will go to consumer forum and other such platforms.I have also asked to get a call back from your senior service member which i expect to get within 24 hrs.
At this stage I would not settle with anything less than replacement as the mobile showed same problems within a week of purchase, which they can check in records,complained from number 9425488678 and 8860494800.
Please help me get justice.
