Complaint Details
I wanted to complaint against ICICI bank for the fraud payments that has been done on my credit card.Transactions has been done by physically swiping card in pakistan although i was in mumbai at that time.On Investigation bank is saying to pay the amount of 15900.I have raised complaint no 255172173 but bank is saying dispute has been resolved in Bank's favor. Though i have never went to Pakistan morever physical card is with me itself.Nobody is responding in bank for this grevience.
