I was trying to change my postpaid plan on New Combo 249 to Buffet 899 but by mistake it got changed to some CUG 295. I repeatedly called up customer care, visited idea store 8-9 times to get my plan changed and tried changing the plan online but to no avail. Moreover, there is no such plan in the list of plans available on their site, the customer care and idea stores also dont have any info about the plan, call rates, etc. After repeated requests there is no response from them. When bill was sent they charged the rental twice in February and call rates were charged exorbitantly high(eg idea to idea local rs 0.99 per min). No existing has such call rates and still they dont have any information about it. I mailed the entire issue to idea's appellate office in Delhi and posted on idea facebook page but these people dint have the courtesy to look into it. It has caused great inconvinience as i could not use my mobile internet as well and run after them. Please help me and make these people learn a lesson by imposing huge penalties. For reference- i am enclosing the bill, the snapshot of the page that shows no plan named CUG 295 exists in delhi circle as per idea website and the screenshot of compaints made online of which none has been fulfilled except for the fraudulent plan changed by them
