Complaint Details
On 26/12/ 2012, Ms. Sonali Surve of SIGMA MANPOWER SERVICES visited our office and promised to provide the candidates for the office assistant posts.She also said if she is not able to provide the candidates within 10 days then she would be refunding the memebr ship fees. Believing in her we entered into contract with SIGMA MANPOWER SERVICES for 2 years and we paid her the amont of Rs. 6180. After that we were not able to get any candidates. Every day she used to say the candidates would come for an interview and no one turned up. The matter was brought to her notice and she said that she will be refunding the money by and keep giving one or the other excuses. The matter was also brought to the notice of Mr. Sunny Mathew, MD of the company but till the date nothing has happened.Despite my number of calls to Ms. Sonali Surve and the emails sent to Mr. Mathew all the communication is getting ignored. I am totally fed up with the non-professional behaviour and would request you to please help me to get the justice. It is not the question of the memebrship fees but the orgaization should learn that they can not take disadvantage of the situation and keep looting the customers.
