Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a product “HTC Desire V” mobile from www.bagittoday.com (intoday retail pvt. Ltd.) online in month of December 2012 for Rs.14,599/-. But the product I received was a damaged product.
So I gone to HTC service center in my locality and they approved such damaged and they gave me a replacement letter duly certified dated 2nd January 2013 asking me to replaced it from my retailer. Needless to inform you that replacement is “on the spot” on issue of such replacement certificate.
But executive at bagittoday, on telephonic conversation, didn’t approve the replacement on the basis of “on the spot” saying that replacement will be as per bagittoday policy.
So finally on 22nd January 2013, reverse pickup courier was arranged for re-dispatch of my product. And the executive on telephonic conversation confirmed that replaced product will be delivered within 5 days.
So after waiting for more than 20days and not getting any proper response on telephonic conversation/ emails, I ask for the refund. Refund was initially approved by them asking me for further 7 to 10 days for refund process.
After waiting for the 7-10 days, I send a reminder email for refund status. But Mr. Domnic refused to process the refund saying product is now being replaced from their vendor and thus is available for delivery. On telephonic conversation, again on request, I accepted for the product instead of refund, subject to condition that the product is sealed pack including all accessories.
Since all accessories was not available with the product, again I requested for refund, to which they are denying.
I am attaching the relevant email conversation for your reference.

Kindly look into the matter urgently and help me for my refund process.
