My mobile number is 9920303212. I had subscribed free internet pack on 03.03.2013 . The pack worked fine until 06.03.2013 when suddenly I received a flash message of deduction of Rs. 121 (approx) on account of internet usage. When contacted the customer care on 198, he had no clue of the situation and after so much false excuses made by the customer relations executive, he finally agreed the mistake and assured me that the amount will be refunded to me in 48 hours and that he has lodged a complaint, however today 08.03.3013 I again called up 198 as the amount was not refunded and some another customer relations executive said there was no complaint lodged and that he cannot help in this matter whosoever and I have to go to the nearest Vodafone Store for resolving the issue. I cannot do that as I am a working man and my job does not give me time for all this and that too without any fault of my own. I believe these companies are white collar thieves and thugs who can rob anyone at anytime of their hard earn money. Cheaters. Please help me resolve the issue.
