Dear sir My name is Balachander I am belonging to Andhra Pradesh I am a diploma candidate, present I am doing job in Bihar in private company from last 8 years. My compliant is I regularly government jobs applying and some recruitment procedure (under state and central government) very bad in that case DD wherever examination fee is very much of amount Rs.50 to 1000 we are claim examination fee DD (general and OBC community) either other options example of uppcl (uttar Pradesh power corporation limited) in the recruitment post of JE(junior Engineer) in notification against 2011 direct recruitment and against exam fee of Rs.800 (general and OBC candidate) its non refundable up to at final stage selection no any other cost paid to candidates in that case those candidate examination is passed (qualifying) and interview failed (against recruiters thinking of selection) that what benefit those candidates its truly government benefits example of 5000 nos candidates and above extra applying to JE post (direct recruitment) (include 4000 general and OBC candidate and remaining SC and ST candidates approximately against total no of post),direct recruitment means its require no any interview but interviews procedure done and DD is Rs.800 total cost is that post Rs.4000into800is equal to 3200000 lacks in that case 1000 nos candidates examination passed remaining 3000 (3000into800 is equal to Rs.2400000) candidates which are amount is paid to recruiters twenty four lack rupees and one thing sir those 1000 nos candidate exam passed in that case only 300 nos candidates are approximately required remaining 700 nos candidates its cost is 700into800is equal to Rs.560000 paid to recruiters the total benefit and profit 560000plus2400000is equal to Rs.2960000 these amount paid to recruiters from the candidates. ok recruiters explain expenditure on printing question papers and OMR sheets and invigilator cost from the DD charges I think these are total cost Rs.100000 or 150000 approximately remaining balance amount Rs.2810000 (twenty eight lack ten thousand rupees) what get done these are amount from candidates recruiters end telling these are amount non refundable and what s on going 2800000 lacks rupees The Indian government examination procedure while DD charges and no any other cost paid to candidate and I am requesting you to procedure is changing required and which candidate second class passed in Engineering and recruiters said to candidates not apply for some post as community wise(General and OBC candidates) percentage of marks below 60 percentage it is procedure very bad you know every year how many candidates passed out in engineering colleges those candidates whats well on going settling required for government jobs and private jobs those who heavy try to government jobs (interesting government services and honestly worrking) whats on going, selection and DD charges please change procedure and I announced not well Indian government from the candidates and is very bad position.
