Dear Sir,
I have been facing tough times by SBI Srinagar Main Branch staff Harish Kumar and branch Manager Arshidul Islam who because of my complaint regarding their services have started troubling me in the below ways.
- Returned my three cheques without any proper reason.
-Making my client to wait into the branch for whole day on 11 June for the clearing of payment though the payment was already deducted from my account on 10 June.
- Supporting staff Harish Kumar and not taking action against him for Misbehaving with me and talking to me in very unprofessional manner.
- Not taking any action against my written complaint given to him.
Im sure that most of the people will be facing worst than what I have faced while doing transactions with them, hence requesting you to please take strict action against them so that the innocent people will not suffer.
