i had purchased a 4 wheeler battery from Base. the dealer gave me a warranty of 18 months but after 16 months the battery is not working properly. and i have contacted the dealer but he is not responding to me then i contacted the customer care of the company and submitted a complaint. they said that they will respond in 72 hrs but 1 week has passed there is no response from them and when i call them again they always say that wait for 1 more day. sir i request you to kindly see my problem as i am sufferring from last 1.5 months and now the date of expiry has also come it is 21 march 2013. please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
