Complaint Details
We have ordered UltimaX-9” X-ARM and Dual system C-ARM table in July 2012, we made the bank transfer on 18/07/2012 the supplier confirmed by e-mail the receipt of our payment total $25,600.00 on 23 /07/201. As mentioned in the Proforma invoice (attached) the delivery time 3-4 weeks. The supplier send us e-mail confirming the delivery date on 14/08/2012. On 21/08/2012 they send us Air Way Bill (e-mail attached) confirming that goods are now shipped, after we did track the AWB it was brought to our attention that the AWB in not exist, that after we contacted the shipment company that issued the AWB. We did let Mr. Abhay know about that and asked him what is wrong? He got back to us “due to the rain in Delhi the goods are now wet and he will send some one to investigate and re-ship”
He then after shipped to us a used and not working carm and still didn't sent us the second machine
