Dear Sir,
My name is Manoj Kumar Dibedi

resides at Plot no-4921,Pandav

Nagar,Bhubaneswar.Contact No-9777079794 and my

E-Mail ID is mkd.dibedi@gmail.com.I have

bought a Micromax Funbook Infinity P275 on 1

feb,2013 but faced a problem i.e;not switch on

then I have deposited it at MMX SERVICE

CENTER,CUTTACK on 5th Feb,2013.They had

repaired this immediately but within 24 hours

same problem happened.Again deposited it on

7th Feb,2013 at same care center.But I have

received it on 8th March,2013 which is after a

1 month.But I have faced a new problem auto

touch on display then deposited at MMX SERVICE
CENTER,BBSR On 9th Feb,2013 and receive it on

same day on well condition.But I am again

facing previous problem on 9th Feb,2013 within

4 hours.So what can I do now.I am helpless.My

had already made a complaint on account of

this on 17th Feb,2013 on your website www.ccrc.in and

complain no was 0003337/2013.
