Complaint Details
I was using Tata Photon data card number 9227003987 from past 2-3 year till November 2012.
In November when I found that other service provider is providing good package I called up customer care and asked them to close this account on 19th November 2012.
The customer care guy was resistant at first for closing the acount, but then agreed and gave confirmation on same call that from now on this account has been closed.
My November Bill amount was 834 Rupees. So paid this bill amount on 19th November 2012, thinking that from now on I won't get any bills.

But though the account was closed, I got payment intimation for December Month of bill amount 1906 Rs.
I didn't had used the data card because as I got confirmation of closure of account, then don't know How Tata Teleservices Ltd charged 1906 Rs for December month.

I thought this might be mistake so ignored this intimation, but then I got notice dated 19 FEB 2013, saying if I don't pay bill amount of Rs 1380 then legal actions will be taken.

First thing I don't know why I got payment intimation for December month though account was closed???
Second thing I understand how the bill amount 1906 Rs was reduced to 1380 Rs in Notice ???
