Complaint Details
I purchased a datacard from reliance 2 years ago and it's number is 9380846896. After usage of some months I changed my monthly plan and as per that plan their official said me it is an unlimited plan and I'll not be charged though I use it beyond 10 gb. But in my bill I was charged extra of 83x+tax for my extra usage when I contacted them they gave me a waiver of only 495 rupees. So I told them I will pay the amount only if u give me a waiver of 830 rupees but they didn't give me any so I didn't pay and told them to disconnect my service and after 3 months they told me that I've to pay 2700 rupees or they will book a case on me.. so I got feared and I paid 2500 rupees and that same day(26/01/2013) I lost that data card and I told them that I lost it and they said ok we'll bar the service and the bill will not be generated they said.. but now (06/03/2013) I again got a message that I've to pay 9xx rupees. ( I saw about this site in today newspaper so I got the courage and I registered a complaint please help me)

Ps: the data card is in my dad's name (S.T.Arassu)
