I am abdullah basha I have Paid Rs25000(Twenty Five Thousand) For Registration fee For Join course PGDBE-2008 at WLC India College centre chennai.I Have to study tthrough educational loan.but they bank managers not provide the loan because this college not recognised.i have tried to Other financial but they not work.so i am not able study. they are not refund my Registration fee. then I have Attached my DD Photo copies and the College Registration Fee Slips Photo Copies Please Kindly help me sir I have gone through many legal aspects but no use. I trust its help me. thanking you
