Vodafone has downgraded to pathetic levels of services when it comes to customer responsiveness & service. I have been following up with all mentioned below mail ID -

nodal.mum@vodafone.com,
appellate.mum@vodafone.com
for last more than a month (49 days) i.e. since 23rd January to activate "Roam Like Home" plan. No response at all for a month and got activated on 28th Feb. Now I have been struggling to get this refund done but again No Response at all. I have been getting reminders to pay the bill. I regret inconvenience caused but I won't be able to pay incorrect amount. I have been chasing them to share correct bill amount quickly. I just want to clear dues and port my service provider. They're just torturing their customers. Pathetic Vodafone!!!
