Complaint Details
We were planning to move from Chennai to our native place in Villupuram on March 13th,2013. Set top box was made compulsory in major cities and in chennai it was made compulsory to be installed in December,2012.So we told TC Network that we are moving by March so we are not planning to buy since we have no use of it in our native place.
They told us to buy and before moving they will refund the amount after deducting Rs.200 and get the set top box back. But when we called them they are saying they have a new rule of not refunding and all.Then why they told lies to make us buy them.If they said those rules we wouldn't have bought it and used internet to watch programmes.I hate it when people lie for the sake of marketing.

We would like to get the amount refunded.When they came and asked money for this month i said they could get the set top box back and we could pay for this month.They said they will come on 8th March,2013 and get the set top box.They never came and they don't respond to calls properly.
