I have been deducted Rs 75 on 7 th march 2013 from my account and now the customer care people are not refunding my account saying that I have used internet.
The thing is while I was deducted I already had a internet pack running on my mobile and how could I accept the company's deduction. I mailed a complaint to the company and I had got a call from one of their customercare and he had mailed me that I had been deducted only Rs.53.70 for internet browsing.THEN WHERE HAS THE REMAINING MONEY Rs 21.30 GONE and also got RUDE OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR FROM THE COMPANY'S SIDE.
This had happened to me many times as I have lost nearly Rs200 in the month of FEBRUARYand only Rs 77 was refunded.
