There is a website www.Timtara.com, having their corporate office at

Timtara is pretend to be a online store for consumer products and receive payment through online net banking/debit card/credit card or DD/Cheque. but they neither deliver the product nor refund the money. This company also abusing payment gateway.

I am also a victim of this as on 10/11/2012, I ordered a "BSNL Penta Tablet WS702C With Calling" of price Rs. 6349/- which was coming to Rs. 6648/- including shipping cost, using my Standard Chartered Credit Card from Timtara.(Payment Gateway: atom technologies), Order Number-10352052. But the product was not delivered to me so on 18/02/2013, I cancelled the order. They (Timtara) told that the refund will be done in 7 days but so far the refund has not been done and on their site I see the order status as "Payment refund pending" till date. So far I have called them more than 4 times after 26/02/2013 but each time they are saying that the refund will be done in a day or two but that's not happening. Hence I am requesting you to kindly help me out in this respect such that I get the refund of Rs: 6648/- ASAP and this organization do not dare to carry out any further malicious functions in the near future.
