I am want to use mobile number portability for my BSNL number 9488804333. So that I follow proper proceturs like getting portablity code,submit the proper id proof and etc., but the dealer of Vodafone person can't process my request in proper way and time. After switch from bank, am use my number in vodafone just 2 weeks alone. After that they disconnected my network connection with them. Not my fancy and easy memories number was not in use,for that they giving reason we didn't received your id proof.but,three times i submitted my proof in vodafone mini store in my village.Here ,who is the culprits?
Kindly help me to recover my number 9488804333 .
