Respected sir,
I ordered two products through www.timtara.com (online website),
amount of product is (24190+ 4879)= 29069/- paid through online money
transfer via credit card. timtara assure delivery within 3 weeks. But
after 12 weeks over, timtara will not shipment/ refund of my products.
Daily I called and mailed more than 1000 times, for last 70 days: no response to take the
shipment/refund of My products still after 90 days. Products details :
1. Order Id : 10366358, Transaction Id : 10160761 Order Date: 11th Dec 2012
03:34 pm, Payment Mode: Credit Card. amount : Rs 24190/-, ( Toshiba laptop)
2. Order Id 10373716, Transaction Id : 10164072, Order Date: 21st Dec 2012
09:19 am, Payment Mode: Credit Card, nokia asha 308 cell amount Rs : 4879/-
Please take action against fraud and fake www.timtara.com and ensure refund the
paid amount Rs: 29069/-.
