(Formerly known as Mafatlal Finance Company Ltd) companies’ “K-Series” SECURED REDEEMABLE NON CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE FULLY PAID UP of face value per debenture is Rs. 10,000/- issued on 19.9.1996K by debenture certificate No. 31, Regd Folio No.1 and Distinctive No. 31 to 31. The debenture has got matured on 18.9.2011, but we have not been paid the amount.
