Complaint Details
I paid 250/- on 5 march for airtel prepaid to postpaif connversion, but conversion is not yet happened.
Instead Consomer care is asking details like Account no. and order no. Which I have not been provided with. I am facing hard time because of this. Attached email cummunication as proof.
