Dear sir,
I made a purchase of amount Rs 777 from Big bazar faridabad on 16.09.12.Due to some fault in swaping machine amount is debited twice from my card.First from SBI card and then from HDFC card.I file a complaint in SBI to refund the payment.Bank inform me that payment for made successful.when i ask big bazar they issue me a letter stating that they don't receive the payment.I submitted the letter in SBI and against that they issue me a letter that big bazar claim the amount.After showing the letter to big bazar they said they will return the payment with in 10 days.Now no payment is credit in my account and more than 6 months pass.Now i want my money back with intreset from last six months.please help me to get my money back.enclosed is the document for verification my point.
