Dear Sir / Madam,

I need your help and support on the following complain regards,

On January 2013 during visiting ICICI Bank, One employee of ICICI Bank, Haldia, Basudevpur Branch, West Bengal Mr. Sidartha Parida, Emp. No. : 219906, contacted me regarding one Insurance scheme Named " Guaranteed Savings Insurance Plan".

After knowing that I am having my salary account in ICICI Bank, He convinced me to take a insurance in their bank where I will get some special benefits ( 58.65% of bonus) apart from all the normal benefits which a common person will get. And this is not totaly available for any common costumer of ICICI Bank and that facility is available for very limited time period only.

He has given me a xerox copy mentioning that amount on a white peper with ICICI bank seal & Sign.

The copy is available with me.

But after taking the insurance policy I came to know that what ever he has convinced me is totally false.

I contacted ICICI Bank & ICICI Prudential office, thay also stated that this statement is totally invalid and I will not get such benefits from their company.

Kindly help me in this regarding. I am having all the documents with me. I want to cancel this insurance policy.
