Complaint Details
I had raised a complaint on 1st March, 2013 and then again on 9th March, 2013. They resolve the issue without solving the issue. Service is really not helpful. They are not ready to give the service credit which i should be eligible for as i lost important business hours in 2 weeks. I am yet to hear back on the 2nd complaint i have raised. Still waiting for the solution.
