Hello.
I have booked (paid money ) a Cecilia TV Cabinet at your Hyderabad, Kukatpally stores on 23/02/2013, at the time of booing I was issues a delivery Note HDC(Home delivery chalan) bearing the number :1025/2013/459 on which the delivery date was mentioned as 03/03/2013. The interesting rather the pathetic part is that I didn’t get any response from any one regarding delivery as on 13/03.2013.
I managed to get the phone numbers of your delivery people through internet 9603366114/9603366113 but they always asks my HDC number and tells me that they will get back to me, but it never happened. Kukatpally stores people says they are not related to delivery and they can’t do anything in this regard. Finally I tried calling their call centre on 06/03/2013 they said they have arranged for delivery on the same day evening but there is no change in the situation.
Today is 11/03/2013 and till now it didn’t get any response. I didn’t expect this type of pathetic service form a store of this big. A local road side vendor would provide much better service than this.
Now I’m helpless, I not able to figure out as to how to get the purchased product or refund of my money.
