I was in need of IVR system. I had searched the companies on the internet who provide IVR Services. Then I got one company named ZNI Wireless Pvt. Ltd. located in Lucknow. I had talked to Mr. Pawan saxena who was the employee of that company and our deal got final in january Mid and there i had a condition with Mr. Pawan that I want service before 26th January. Mr. Pawan Said Yes after discussing with the technical team of his company. After the deal got final I had payed First Installment of Rs. 10,000 on 18th January,2013. Now the days were passing and Mr. Pawan call me daily. And when I ask the status of my service the company said that your work is in progress and you will get service on 25th evening and now on 21st January I had booked number of the IVR system as suggested by the company. Number was +91-9554443322, The company had finalized the number for our IVR system. Now on 23rd Mr. Pawan Called me and asked for payment. I had deposited 15,000Rs. in the company’s A/c . and I had said that I will deposit rest of the money in next 10 days after the service get started. And I had fullfilled all the requrements as they want. Now Our Inauguration was on 26th January where I have to present the IVR Service infront of people. On 25th January,2013 I had called mr. Pawan and asked the status. He said that The technical team is working on your IVR system and we will deliver your service in the evening. I had trusted them and I was waiting on 25th January. I had called them many times in the evening but no one received my call. And the number booked by them was displayed on their contact page. That is one more issue. I was not able to present the IVR Number to the people present in the Inauguration. Now the company called me on 28th January and asked for the payment. Now I want service on 26th january , I had to present there, I had already told them. Now on 28th January I asked him to refund the amount that I had paid to you but the company is not giving me any reply. I had mailed him several times and sended reminder through mails but the company is not taking action on it. 2 months are going to over. I am very tensed. Even I am not getting a single call now from that company neither a reply of my mails. I am having all the proofs. You can check the call details of that company number and mine number too. Hope My problemm will get solve soon now after placing a request here.
