Dear Sir,
Like all other users of internet in India, I always face a problem of very low actual download or upload speed against a high speed shown in the advertisements by the ISPs.
There is no regulation in our country to ensure that the ISPs do not cheat and provide some minimum guaranteed speed to all users.
Some countries like Hungary have taken initiative in this regards to protect the interest of consumers. Why not INDIA?
