I am writing to inform you about a fraudulent company www.shopeco.co.in

They claim to sell solar power products at discounted rates. But after taking the payment from consumers they ship used or broken products. Some customers complain that they don't even ship items after taking the payment.

Recently I purchased a solar power inverter from these guys. They shipped a damaged unit. I have been trying to contact their support. They won't reply to emails or answer phone calls. But their support says:

I was born to farmer parents and by god's grace I got a good job and a good living. I was trying to help a poor student in a remote area with this solar inverter.

I may or may not get my money back. What is important is such companies should not be allowed to continue cheating consumers.

I believe this will not fall in deaf ears.
