Booked two tickets from Kolkatta to New Jalpaiguri station online. One ticket got RAC and other one was not confirmed . Did TDR for one ticket as did not make any sense for only one person to travel. The refund amount is still awaited even after 90 days. When sending mail to IRCTC they say they are just a mediator between Indian Railways and Public. Please resolve this issue.
