i had placed an order for 3 scomp tablets as their ad showed download of all the basic programs like skype etc .In fact that was the reason for placing my order.
Received the consignment on 3rd feb against Cash on delivery basis amounting RS 10229/-
i found that i could not access to the home page such as yahoo or google. i then contacted seventymm, and after several calls, Avilesh at seventymm informed that i could only return the unopened package which i did on 19 feb thru DTDC courier 2 unopened packages with additional cost of Rs 500/-
on followup, i understood that mr. avilesh has left the company and was attended by mr prabhakar. he acknowledged on 4 march and sent a sms that seventymm will refund Rs 6800 for the 2 unopened pkgs. However, till date we have not recd. the pay order as promised by seventymm.
As for the open case learnt from our technician that we were duped with a very old outdated version and that we cannot have access to the major sites.
Currently Seventymm has blocked & not attending our calls.
Till date , i have not received their pay order as confirmed by them.
1pc 86013- Scomp techno tab with me is not operative and i have lost in total RS 10729/- for this E- transaction and without the required product.

Trust my complaint will be resolved efficiently & at the earliest .
