Dear Sir, I purchased a product from Survodaya on 13.3.2013. I gave Rs.200 & my friend gave Rs.500 to the counter person (Name Surjeet). The counter person refunded me Rs.50 and we left the shop in hurry. We forgot to take the refund of Rs.500 which my friend gave to the counter person. Next day morning I call the shop representative and convey my complaint but they were saying that there is no excess money collected from the counter person at the time of closing the cash. But we are very sure that the person had not refunded the sum of Rs. 500 and we requested the owner to show us the CCTV camera footage of 13.3.2013 timing 3.17 in the afternoon to check whether the counter person has refunded us money or not. But the owner is not ready to co-operate. I request you to please suggest the remedy against this.
