Respected Sir/Mam,
I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note GT N7000 on 21/4/12 IMEI no 351823054273651 from Heart Beats, (auth samsung showroom) Elgin Road, Kolkata.
The phone always created problem when charging, making a bepp bepp noise, when the phone would suddenly show with a notification that it is charging, (while its not even connected to any power source.) It would go to Flight mode automatially, without me even touching it.Sometimes while charging, it would start making a bepp bepp noise with notification that battery disconnected.
I sent the phone to the dealer from where i purchased 2-3 times but the problem came back in few days again. Then I sent it to Service center about more than 5 times, but everytime I got different reason of this problem. Sometimes they said its the chargers problem, then they asked me to buy a new usb cable, later they said that the charging socket needs to be changed and software has to b updated. But since the last two times when the battery totally stopped charging (with a notification that, "charging paused, battery temperature too high") they sent me a quotation of Rs17,500 stating that the phone is liquified and from now on the warranty is void, which is very untrue, as no such water incidence happened. To cross check I sent it again to another samsung authorised service center and they returned my phone saying that the set is absolutely fine, I just need to buy a new battery. I did that... and still found that even the new battery was not charging. I have sent it to the service centre again, and now they are claiming that it is liquid damaged, and I now need to get it repaired from my end.
All I have to say about my entire experience is that my handset always had a charging problem, with different notifications all the year round. If it was liquid damaged this time, what did they have to say for the previos times?
I have been harrased after buying this phone from the first day and now I am said it is useless and my Rs.34000/- gone waste. I have been cheated after been given a defective handset and everytime they try escape with a new reason just trying to kill time till the warranty period is over. All this year my new set was more in the service center than with me. Please help and give justice and help me solve my problem.
