I have registered this complaint on 12.03.13 that a payment of Rs.996/- was made online using www.sundirect.in website by using CITIBANK Credit Card and the amount is received by SUN DIRECT, as Citibank approval receipt no. 223779 received payment by SUN DIRECT on 1st March, 2013. I did not receive such credit in my Smart Card A/c. and the service is discontinue since 11th March 2013. Since 12th March, 2013, I have made nearly 12 to 13 phone calls to customer Care, but everytime they give the same reply that "Sorry for the inconvenience, we will credit the amount to your account very soon"
