Complaint Details
On the below mentioned complaint which I had reported earlier(Complaint No
: 0003632/2013) Today(on 15th March) Rohit Shetty called me and threatened me that if I dont take back the complaint he will not refund the money.

Repeating previous complaint for reference :

Be aware of this fraud on Tour package happening on internet.
Initially I got a call from an executive who named himself as Shailesh. (Mobile Number 09716665028).
He was calling from a landline and offered me a package for 4 people for 6days and 5 nights for just Rs.5998 including food, stays and pick and drop facilities.
I asked him how he can give such a deal in a low cost. But he was trying to convince me by saying that this is a special offer for a limited period. Actual package cost is 12999 and now he is giving for 5998. Offer still available in the link (http://www.easyshoping.co.in/Website/Holidays.aspx)
I have given the summary of the offer at the bottom of this.
Later he gave me his contact number.
I have asked him to mail me the details of the offer for which he wed mailed me from easyshoing@india.com with the package details with the entire trip plan to Shimla - Kulu-Manali with pick and drop from and to Delhi.

He was asking me to make the payment through NEFT/RTGS for which I denied and I was trlling I will pay through my credit card.
For few days they kept on saying there was some issue with their card payment facility.
Finally on Jan 29th 2013 I got a call from them saying their payment gateway is active and I made the payment.
The below is the entry on my credit card statement :

I followed up with them several times on the booking and finally got a form for availing the offer within 2 weeks from the payment.
I filled it and sent the scanned copy on the same day and asked them to book teh hotels as per the plan I mentined.
They were telling hotel bookiung will be done only 2 weeks in advance and not before that.
I was having the doubt that I will be able to get the booking or not but the helpdesk people were very confident on that. So I waited for another month.
Now in match 1st week I started following up for the booking (As my Plan is from 17th of March) and they were telling that they will do it and confirm on the same day.
For 2-3 days I got the same response and I undertood that they are just not doing anything. When I shouted on phone they took the mater to the booking department.
The booking department confirmed that I have to pay another 6000 and then only I can avail the offer. I asked them to see the mailer they had sent to me with the offer details. They saw that and confirmed that THEY HAD MADE A WRONG COMMITTMENT TO ME and APPOLOGISED for the same.Finally I told them if they give me the confirmation of the hotel bookings I can pay the remaining amount to which they agreed. Next day when I called them it was the same kind of response from thwm saying its getting processed within today and so on. This continued for few days and on 7th of Match I told them If they are not booking I would like to go for a refund to which they agreed.

When I tried the numbers were not reachable and they dont even pick my calls. I wrote several mails to which they dont reply.
Now after giving this complaint I saw that next day he picked the call.
When I asked for a refund of the money the payment department was asking me details like :
Account Number, Card Number ATM Pin CVV Number Date of birth etc.
When I asked him why do you need all these details to transfer the money; he was telling that the software he is using is asking the details.
When I told him I can give only account number and IFSC he was telling then the refund will take much long as 90 days.
I think by this time they are expecting us to forget about this payment / they will abscond.

Today(on 15th March) Rohit Shetty called me and threatened me that if I dont take back the complaint he will not refund the money.
I think this is high time to tell the world such frauds are hapenning.
