I received a call from an ICICI Bank officer from Bund Garden Branch in Pune. She told me that there is an offer on Coral Card whereby there is no Joining or Annual Fees on Coral Card. Now after receiving the credit card while registering, i am being told that joining fee and annual fee will be charged in the second month statement.
When I contacted the bank officer back, she claims that the offer was there and that she will verify details and get back. I never get a definite reply from the bank officer.
