Dear Sir,
I want to put complaint on consumer forum against State Lodhi- Household goods shifting company with their regional office at 4/3, vijay nagar, opp. Mangal city, indore-452010 mobile no- 09826029357
I had booked My Household Goods On 31st Dec 2012 From HIG42, New Laxmi Nagar, Ujjain, MP to 6133/5, D-6, Vasant kunj, Delhi. I received my goods on 4th jan 2013 but I found that some of my goods were damage. I made a complaint to State cargo for this, I had phoned them my damage item, and signature copy of delivery man with mention all the and damage items name. These items were broken (washing machine, disc antenna of cable TV, Bed, photo frame, Fridge Door, Fridge stand and some crockery), these damage items worth Rs. 40000/-
Since than to till date I am regularly following up with lodhi company team member Ms. Manish, initiallyhe told me that he will check and provide due compensation from truck driver, but now he was not at all listening to our repeated requests even he stops attending my calls.
Sir, I am writing to you after I am harassed by them mentally of just doing follow-ups with these people and they are just not bothered to listen and giving cold ears to our requests. Our patience of following up is now over and we are seeking help from you in this regard.
