Complaint Details
On 14-03-13 I placed a cheque for payment of water charges at SPML ATP 24 of BWSSB in Frazer Town, Bangalore. The staff who was absconding for sometime form the counter and then come to the counter, flately refused to accept the cheque and wanted only in cash. Though the kiosk provided at this counter is capable to accept payments meant for BWSSB of any divisions, he argued and started misbehaving in uttering unnecessary words. Later another staff arrived and to stop this situation he himself has operated on accepting the cheque and resolved the issue. The one who caused unnecessary inconvenience said to be one Mr. Ramesh with cleavage operated on his face. His behaviour and attempt to cause inconvenience in adamantly refusing to accept the cheque meant for another division of BWSSB though there is facility available at his counter against a consumer is totally condemnable and to be brought for disciplinalry action by the authority concerned.
