Complaint Details
Indiatimes has misguided me about the delivery of my order 3002066014.

I have ordered my head-phone on 3rd March and as per the delivery policy they have just assigned 16th March as last date and When i have just inquired it today than they have just told me that you will have to wait for more days and this stuff is not available right now and this stuff was not available on 3rd march also.
So why dnt they have just declined my order and for this I have made a payment of 749Rs almost 13 days back.

So I just want to take action against such kind of mishandling of consumer's order. If stuffs are not available then let the consumer know about the detail about the delay.
