I want to complaint about the behaviour of the recovery agents posing to be from ICICI Bank. I took a personal loan in the year 2007 and after paying some installments i got seriously ill and was bed ridden for 4-5 years. I have all the medical records required. the recovery agents have got my mobile phone call details and now they have starting calling my friends and family and telling them that i'm a fraud and are spoiling my reputation. I want to repay the loan but i dont have the resources as if now . Please tell me how to tackle this situation.
