Dear sir
I went to purchase a new car MANZA from M/s Kamal & Co. TATA jaipur.There they told me about a scheme avalable on Purchse of Indica Vista white color.The scheme was that if I will sign the contract the Fusion carvertize India Ltd will pay me Rs 3500/- per month for five years minimum.As the scheme is through TATA so i refuse the idea to bye the Manzaa and then finally bought the INDICA VISTA AURA White model and signed the contract with the above company in M/S Kamal & Company centre in December 2010.The Company initially paid the installments up to March 2011 only.Then they stopped the Payment without any reason.Till date they are not responding.I have complained about this to TATA Kamal & Company Ltd also but they asked that they are looking in this matter.But till date no response to me And other similar matters had been made.Plz help me & suggest me for the matter.
