I had bought a Dell inspiron laptop IN December 2011 after a couple of months i started facing issues with its performance. i tried contacting dell on all the numbers available on various websites. in Nov 2012 was able to get through a number where i spoke to sumbody at a service centre who took all the details and said would call me back however i never got a call back and unfortunately i didn't had the phone number saved so couldnt call them back and the laptop was in same condition. in 1st week of march 2013 while trying chunk of numbers @ 4 am in the morning was able to get through a number where i could to speak to sumbody .where after diagnosing the error it was learnt that the hard drive of the system has gone bad and dell just tried to get away saying they dont have any records of me calling them in nov and the warrant is expired. totally ignoring the fact that amount of 40000/- approx was paid for the product which didn't even last for a couple of months. and now they are asking for 11000/- to get it fixed. i paid 40000/- for something that didn't even work for a couple of months, this is really inhuman and injustice o my hard earned money.
