Hi,
On 18th March 2013 I have recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile for Rs. 70.00(TransactionID 890439) through Airtel official website https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do

The website says Rs. 70 rechargegives full talktime but when I recharged it gave Rs. 67.00(I do have snapshot of the website of that day to prove this). I called up Customer care and Customer Care Representive "Gagandeep Saini" told that he could not log any complaint for this and I had to go their office. This was totally misguiding as I recharged only because Rs. 70 recharge is supposed to give Rs. 70.00 talktime but in actual they are not crediting the same. Also Customer care executives are not well trained and insisting on the same thing that the tariff was changed and not updated on website and not ready to lodge any complaint.
Also I had to pay 9 minutes of call charge to call customer care(50 paise/ min)and customer is being charged for this. Is it not misguiding the customers visiting their website to recharge? I need them to compensate this as soon as possible.
