Dear Sir/Madam,

As Per Telephonic Talk on 111 I have already confirm about the Talk Time Plan of 249 in which Vodafone to vodafone 30paise was included, so why vodafone is charging 30Rs Extra for Vodafone to vodafone. Another Thing I Havent Took in noticed that since i subscribed Vodafone BB Service Since Last Year I Had Taken 599 Plan. In That Talk time Plan was of 399 in Which 30p was charged for Vodafone to Vodafone. at that time also i was charged Rs 30/- in the Bill. I want Reversal of All The Amount to be Mentioned in my next billing cycle. Anyhow Finally I am Getting 100/- Internet Plan on Billing No. from another service for 1GB Data Use. Kindly Confirm About This Scheme from Your Company. Also I had Applied for Disconnection of Blackberry Service Between 1st of March & 5th of March & the Complaint No. i received was 572305268 & Got The Reply That My service will be deactivated within 48Hours from Complaint Period. Today When I Called @ 111 & asked abt the service whether service is been discontinued or not. I was Surprised to Hear That my service is still been active. The Vodafone Care Representative told me that my old Request For Deactivating the Blackberry Service Has not Forwarded Due To Technical reason. So He Again Took my Request For Deactivating the Service & Complaint no. was 1299970476. He Admitted About The 1st Request No. For Deactivating Blackberry Service. After 15minutes, I again Call @ 111 & Confirmed About my 1st & 2nd Request For Deactivating Blackberry Service. Vodafone Care Representative told me he doesnt find the old Request No. Anyhow In All Case I am been suffering As Vodafone would be Charging Blackberry Service for Whole month For Which I have Send a Request For Deactivating the Service. Why Should I Pay For the Mistake Done Vodafone Company. So Kindly Reply me Immediately on Above mentioned Matter.
