I purchased a 3 BHK flat from the builder in September-2012.the walls in all the bedrooms,hall,kitchen and toilets started leaking as soon as the occupants of first floor flat shifted in and the paint was damaged badly. despite repeated requests the builder did not bother to get the defects repaired.Irritated by the constant requests from me the builder started neglecting my phone calls.The height of the matter is that the builder had also lodged a false police complaint against me and got me threatened that if I will pursue the matter any further he'll get me arrested and sent to jail as he has got influence and influence in police as well as courts as he is a rich person i.e a millionaire builder.Sir, I am a simple middle class govt. servant who has put his savings and borrowed heavy loans from banks to purchase this flat but owing to the reluctance of the builder , the entire investment is endangered as the safety of the flat,because of the drastic leakage. Kindly help me out.
