Complaint Details
I had booked a holiday package from Country Club Andheri office. I had made an initial payment of 30,000 Rs. I was promised to avail the benefits whenever possible after my activation of my services. But i regret to inform that the promised made V/s service offered where negative. Country club has cheated me and i want my money back. I raised this issue with Country Club many times but they did not respond to any of my calls or messages. Neither they have reverted back on my payment refund request.
