Dear Sir,
I had booked a tour package and paid an advance amount of 14000 but due to some of my personal reasons trip has been cancelled by me and asked to Grandeur to do the same, later on they replied that they will deduct the cancellation charges as 6000 and refund the balance 8000 to me, so I have shared my account details to them. But after several reminders and mails they are not refunding the amount I am following this from past 2 months kindly help me in this as they are not refunding nor replying any thing to me.
Your urgent help is requested, I have attached the mail.
