Complaint Details
I had paid rs 4500 as advance deposit for Airtel landline connection (Landline 08042098154 & Account number - 7006018529) with internet in last week of Dec, however within 15 days my connection was disconnected, when enquired the call center person told me that the form asks for 16MBPS & they have connected for 8MBPS. I told them that providing connection is their responsibility & i wouuld not know. However i asked for a refund of the money i paid them, was told it will be done in 45days. It is more than 60days now but have not got the refund, have made multiple calls on this, spoken to their Relationship manager but have not got any response. How should i proceed
