Complaint Details
I was enrolled for a slimming package at their Aundh center on Thursday 14th March 2013 and paid the entire package fee, 5000 RS upfront. However, I have not yet received a single treatment session, not even the Zero session till date. The center has been closed since then.

When calling up their other center at DP Road they said they cannot handle this issue and refused to give me any details of owner, or Manager.
And finally stopped picking up phone, or disconnecting it after listening my voice.

I feel cheated after paying 5000 on a debit card transaction.

Almost after 1 week of my enrollment/payment, I received Roojessel's first-ever mail response from Director Subodh Sahoo that there is some problem with their Aundh center and it will be closed till next Monday 25th March. That too only after my threatening mail of lodging Police complaint. None of the staffs informed me about this fact while enrolling on Thursday (14th March), then on the next day when I went for session on Friday (15th March) and they refused to give me session citing reason "therapist on leave". Then they did not even bother to call me to inform about the center closing for entire a week on Saturday(16th), Sunday(17th), Monday(18th) and Tuesday(19th).

Further to that, I was given a business card of Roojssel's, on which Dr. Shailesh Londhe's name and qualification is written along with center details of Roojssel's. When calling Dr. Shailesh, I found out he is not even part of Roojssel's for last 3 years. This is just another fraud they are doing using his name on the business card of Roojssel's.

I tried to reach Mr. Sahoo on the given number but those numbers are either switched off or wrong number.
They are a big fraud organization running in the city with poor or no service.
