Respected Sir,
I have ordered ubislate 7Ri on 9th dec 2012. The product was to reach me in 10 days, but its still more than 3 months and i have not received my order. They said that 7Ri is not available so they upgraded it to ubislate 7Ci. Now when i am calling them they dont pick up the phone. And even if they do they take the details and cut the phone. The phone number is 01832708500. I have send them many emails but they keep on saying to give the payment details. I have given every details. They said that the order is dispatched on 11 jan but it still hasn't reached me. And the tracking id which they gave is wrong. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and cancel my order. I want my money back.
If an Indian company is doing this then what expectations can we keep from India.
